Keren Dack

Keren Dack

Keren was born in a small town in Cheshire in 1976. Sadly, she was plagued with undiagnosed dyslexia and the schools of the day didn’t know enough about dyslexia or even understand it, so this meant she wasn’t given much thought or attention. Keren was given a piece of paper and some paint to keep her happy! But this is where her love of art started and was something she could do.

On leaving school, she was not able to carry on with her passion. The late 80’s and early 90’s were hard as jobs were few and almost everyone had limited resources, which meant you had to do the job you got.

As the years have gone by, equipment and materials became so much more advanced and were more readily available so the limitations Keren had previously experienced were now easier to explore.

Keren and her husband started to collect art and this inspired her to resurrect her passion. Their extensive travels have become the inspiration for her artwork.

Her first collection is called “Cyprus”. The flora and fauna of Cyprus inspired her to develop artwork that had a blend of violets, golden barley colours with amazing blues from the sea and skies.

Other collections include Venice, Egypt, Scotland & New York.
