From a collection of wildlife portraits focusing on our most admired mammals of the natural world, James was keen to portray the realism of each animal, to depict them in action poses or with intent expressions. Simultaneously, each dynamic portrait is juxtaposed with a contemporary abstracted, textured background inspired by the animal's surrounding natural habitat.
