UK Mainland Delivery

On orders over £300 delivery is free of charge anywhere in mainland UK, with the exception of pictures framed behind glass and sculpture.

Collection from the Vermilion Gallery is also free of charge.

On orders under £300 delivery will be charged at £15.00

All ‘in stock’ items will be sent via our trusted couriers and we aim for them to be with you within 7 working days. If you require your selected item/s sooner, please contact us so we can speak directly with you to establish and confirm your requirements….we always try to help.

If we cannot source certain items due to the publishing house being out of stock, we will notify you immediately and issue you with a full refund.

Each piece of art will arrive framed unless it is stated as a mounted only or unframed piece of art in the product description (95% of our artwork is sold as framed). It will be carefully hand wrapped using superior quality packaging to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Before signing for your order, please check all external packaging for any signs of damage. Do not sign for goods if you are unsure of the condition of the goods inside. If you are happy with the condition, please sign the paperwork as ‘in good Condition’. If there is visible damage or you suspect there may be damage then please accept the delivery but sign the paperwork as ‘damaged goods’. Please contact us as soon as possible on 01565 633330 to arrange for the item/s to be collected for return.

When opening your package, please take care and allow for possible movement that may have occurred during transit. Once open, it is important that you retain all internal and external packaging, until you have examined and sure that you are happy with the item/s sent. In the unlikely event that you need to return the artwork to us please use the specially designed packaging for its safe return.

Absolutely. If you collect from the gallery there is no delivery charge.

International Shipping

Of course. We are more than happy to deliver pieces of art abroad. International delivery rates vary depending on the size and insurance value of each piece, therefore all international deliveries are priced on a case by case basis. In order to arrange an overseas delivery, please contact us via info@vermiliongallery.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 1565 633330 so we can discuss your specific requirements. Please note, if there are import duties payable, these must be paid by you the recipient. 

Exceptions on free delivery

On orders over £300 delivery is free of charge anywhere in mainland UK, with the exception of pictures framed behind glass and sculpture.

On orders under £300 delivery will be charged at £15.00.

Some pictures that cost over £300 do have a delivery charge, these are fragile items, often pictures that are framed behind glass (limited edition prints that are printed onto art paper and have mounts require framing with glass in front of them.) We can not dispatch these if they are a large size with normal couriers as they are not handled carefully enough. We dispatch these with a specialist courier. There is a longer dispatch time (around 14 days) on these, however it means that they will arrive safely with you.

Where there is this delivery cost, we will state this in the product description. We subsidise this at £65. If you are buying multiple items that require a specialist courier, please contact us as the overall cost can be reduced.

Returns

We will happily accept returns if your picture arrives and is unfortunately not suitable. Please ensure that you retain the packaging before trying your artwork on your wall and let us know within 14 days maximum of receiving it. Please return it to us in the condition you received it and we will issue a refund immediately upon its return.
