A collaboration with a Restauranteur who had a keen interest in art and an idea for a theme for his brand new eateries in Bristol and Cardiff, led to an open project brief that was a blank canvas for creativity. The eateries were to be steak restaurants that would also each house a small commercial art gallery within them, the name - Steak Of The Art.
With an emphasis on art, the Restauranteur was keen for the interior to reflect this theme and was very happy for Vermilion to run with a bespoke artistic design vision.

To complete the link between art and food, Steak Of The Art houses a small commercial Art Gallery which showcases the eclectic work of Vermilion’s Artists and those producing Art in the restaurant’s local area.
